Returns & Exchanges
To initiate a exchange, please email us at kosmikjewel@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving your order. Include:
- Order details
- A clear image of the incorrect product
Our team will review your request and confirm if the return is approved. Once authorized:
- We’ll schedule a pickup
- Upon receiving the returned item (unused and in original packaging), we’ll ship a replacement at no extra cost
Note: We are not responsible for returns that have not been pre-approved.
Important: Products bought during a sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds, except in the following cases:
• If we are unable to replace a damaged/incorrect product due to stock unavailability
We do not provide refunds for:
• Orders with an incorrect delivery address
• Items returned in a used or damaged condition
• Slight design or color variations, as these are natural with handcrafted items
